I cannot express the professionalism and individualized care with Dr Ned Shimuzu and his wonderful staff. Dr. Shimuzu is extremely detailed and just as extremely patient in understanding your goals. He sets realistic expectations and has an amazing talent of guiding you to what will give you the best overall functional smile ! I previously had a guarded smile and tried not to show my teeth . After the finalization of my veneers with Dr Shimuzu, they are perfect and EXACTLY as I wanted ! I went to Dr SHIMIZU for a consultation for implant crown and a gap in my front tooth. I’ve never met a kinder, more thorough dentist before. He took time to examine my whole mouth carefully, took extra Xrays even though it was a complimentary consultation. He also suggested wa way to fix it that it was less invasive and less expensive route (even though it was not beneficial for him financially) For example, he asked my orthodontist to fix the gap with IBD and close the gap. Before that, that front tooth also bothered me but I did not know how to tell the orthodontist. I knew something was off but I could not verbalize properly. But after they shaved it down a bit then the bite felt much more comfortable. Now the bite is perfect. The staff is also genuinely nice and I felt comfortable coming to the office. Over and beyond great customer service. The office is spotless and artistically beautiful. I’ve been to a few top dental offices in Houston but I am most impressed with all aspects of Dr. Shimizu’s office. I can’t wait to continue my treatment with him and I don’t have any hesitation going with him. I work in healthcare and I don’t trust providers very easily but I trust Dr. Shimizu completely. I wish for him to be in good health so that he can help more people. I know I’m forever grateful to him for helping me fix a front gap that I was very self conscious of (without the need for veneers). Thank you Dr. Shimizu!

My experience with Houston Cosmetic Dentistry office was very good. I was able to come in for an emergency right away, the staff are very helpful and maintain a excellent service and attitude.
